​Through the years, we find that most of our clients expect the following list of services at the minimum. What they don't anticipate is our eagerness to go above and beyond what is expected, which is why we say the following services are just the beginning of our scope! We are always happy to serve each client's specific janitorial needs. At the minimum, you can benefit from the following services. 
  • Trash Removal - We will provide, remove, and replace the indoor and outdoor trash bags. We prevent stains and spills by taking the time to ensure no liquids are dripping from punctured bags. For more information on our trash removal services, visit our trash valet service page.
  • Vacuuming - Say goodbye to dirt, crumbs, and dead skin cells collecting in your carpets! Many of our clients love having freshly vacuumed rooms every week. This service not only preserves the lifespan and natural color of the carpet, it deters unwanted odors caused from dirty carpets. We can also vacuum placemats and doormats at the entrances or exits of your business.
  • Dry and Wet Mopping - Whether its a long hallway or an expansive room, we will ensure the floors are clean and presentable. This starts with a diligent sweeping of the corners of the perimeter followed by a dry mopping of majority of the floor. Next, and only when minimal to no foot traffic is expected, we will wet mop the floors with the appropriate sanitation chemicals needed. Our clients tend to enjoy the faint but refreshing smell of the cleaner used for mopping.
  • Buffing - After having dry and wet mopped, we will exfoliate the floor with a focused buffing job. The main benefit from this is the shiny, newly burnished floor that gives an exquisite impression to any building. We recommend our clients have their floors buffed at least once a month.
  • Locker Room Cleaning - We currently clean locker rooms for several of our clients, and this includes but is not limited to: sweeping and mopping the floors, washing the sinks, bathrooms, and showers, and clean-out of the lockers themselves.
  • Bathroom Cleaning - We're not afraid of doing the dirty work. We will clean the toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, and ensure that the toilet paper and paper towels are fully stocked. We hold ourselves to the same integrity that we would use purifying our own bathroom, so rest assured knowing you'll have as clean a bathroom experience as possible!
  • Dishwashing - Some clients leverage us for general dishwashing services and we are happy to do so.
  • Dusting and Polishing - This service is especially important for preventing dust-related allergies. Typically, clients have us dust each room and polish or disinfect tables, shelves, and other similar furniture surfaces.
  • Air Disinfecting - We use this as a finishing touch to make sure not only the room itself is clean, but the air, too.
